The Caterer Summit, on Friday 13 November, is a one day conference designed to support delegates in seizing the initiative in an ever changing hospitality landscape. As habits, cultures and expectations change, operators must adapt and embrace the disruptive in order to future proof their businesses.

We will explore the influences that are changing the way hospitality businesses operate, drawing on inspiration from forward-thinkers both inside and outside the industry.
