Born in Florence in 1984, attended philosophical studies in the Tuscan capital before moving to the countryside and opening his own business, a small seasonal bar in a touristy village.
Moved to London in 2009 and joined Gaucho in 2011 after a year in D&D.
Enjoyed a career in the Argentine steakhouse through working in different brunches and eventually becoming General Manager of the Piccadilly flagship venue.
Throughout his time at Gaucho, actively participated in the running of the Gaucho academy and became one of the most prominent trainers.
In 2014 worked for 3 months as a consultant for Brompton Brands for the re-opening of Ramusake - previously the Brompton Club.
Joined Martin Williams for his M project in October 2014, opened the Threadneedle Street venue as a General Manager and moved on to be the Restaurant Director for the Victoria Street venue in November 2015.
Since March 2017 is the Operations Director of M Restaurants and oversees the two central London venues as well as the first M Bar and Grill venue that recently opened its doors in Twickenham.
Currently responsible for the overall running of the business with full financial and operational accountability.
2018 projects and responsibilities include the further expansion of the M brand within London and the UK.
